And that’s a wrap! We are pleased to report the first Zemax Envision conferences in Shanghai and Tokyo were a success!

These two July events brought together laser optics professionals across Asia, giving them opportunities to not only participate in educational sessions, but to network with other attendees. 

Both events were kicked off by Toshi Nagamine, Zemax Director of Asia Pacific Sales, who gave an overview of the day and introduced the China and Japan Zemax team members. Mark Nicholson, Zemax CEO, discussed the future of the optical design industry and the importance of not only evolving but innovating to stay ahead. After his presentation, attendees engaged in a question and answer session.

Between sessions, conference goers had the opportunity to network with each other as well as industry experts and Zemax employees. Zemax engineers were available to help customers with design challenges, and each day ended with a seated dinner, allowing our team members to connect with many of our customers to gather insights and help answers their questions.
