Most of my workday involves coding, solving technical problems, and coming up with ideas to improve Zemax products.

What’s the best thing about your job?
I get to work with a tech-savvy team solving interesting problems that are on the cutting-edge of technology.

What's the best thing about Zemax?
It is a great place to work with a casual, relaxed culture that fosters high creativity and productivity.

What does your workspace look like?
I have an Alienware computer, displays, a plant gifted by my wife, a cool headphone, and lots of puppies every now and then that I can play with but don't have to take care of!

What's one of your proudest moments at Zemax?
It was when a customer was delighted with an extremely complex feature that I coded after our vendors gave up on that feature due to its complexity.

What do you do when you're not at the office? 
I spend time with my wife, travel, and occasionally go hiking. 

If I could pick a superpower, it would be…
Traveling at the speed of light to explore an unknown universe.
