Symptom:  After undocking/redocking my laptop, the computer crashes when attempting to launch ZEMAX.

Note that this problem only occurs with the obsolete parallel port type keys!

Solution 1:  The recommended solution is to convert your parallel key to the current USB type.  For details on exchanging your key for a USB type, please click here.
